Customizing MacBreakZEvery person is unique. Every person has different ergonomic requirements, different goals and different preferences. This is why MacBreakZ offers a huge array of customization options. If you haven't already done so, you should run the setup assistant to create an initial setup for you that fits well with your ergonomic requirements and goals. While these initial settings provide a good starting point for using the product, you may wish to further refine the behavior and presentation of the program. You can do this via the Preferences.. menu:

On the left hand side, you can select a section that you wish to customize. Rather than providing a section-by-section rundown of all the settings we would encourage to explore the dialog. Some frequent customizations are available directly through a menu item: |
