ergonomic stretch #5: shoulder rotation

This is stretch taken from MacBreakZ / ergonomix continues where the previous “shoulder rotation” stretch left off.

It lengthens the rear neck muscles which tend to tense up during prolonged screen-based work. If you have particular problems with your neck, you should be careful not to lean forward “into” the screen and not to roll your shoulder forward.
