Gaining Insights via Statistics
The Statistics window (Command-1) can be a great source for insight and motivation.
Now that you have used Vitamin-R for a few days, have a quick look at the weekly view (Overview for the last 7 days).
You can compare the amount of time you have worked, as well as check on the quality of your concentration over the past few days. Hopefully, this will motivate you to keep going and to do better!
