Time of Day Stats

Some people are early birds, some are night owls. Everybody has got some committments that make it easier or harder to block off some productive time during particular times of the day.

The Time of Day statistics can help you understand what time of day you are most capable of highly concentrated work. Some easy changes to your daily routine could unlock huge productivity gains for you.

• press Command-1 to open the statistics pad
• then select Time of Day to have a look at your concentration levels over the course of the past two weeks
