This latest beta adds support for the Media Create Date, which is used in some video formats (including quicktime & mp4) to indicate when a recording was made. This is useful for videos that do not have a Content Created timestamp and works across a wide variety of digital cameras, including the iPhone.
It is now possible to read and write the Media Create Date, to remove it and use it for sorting.
The new version also restores compatibility with macOS 10.11, fixes translations errors in French and German and makes a number of other small improvements.

This second public beta introduces a major new feature: Taking File Dates from files of the same name in a different folder hierarchy.
This comes in handy whenever you need to work with batch processing tools that lose the original file dates. Simply keep the originals around and use them as the source for the dates in the processed files.
Furthermore, this second beta resolves a problem when dragging files from third party file views, such as ForkLift, Lightroom, etc and improves the new French localization.
