Setting the Finder Hot Key

Mac OS X 10.6 Leopard Instructions

The hot key feature is built into the operating system, but needs to be activated. Refer to the Snow Leopard Finder Integration page to find out how to activate it.

Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger or Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard

You can change the "hot key" combination that will start A Better Finder Attributes from the Finder.

1. Go to the "Apple" menu
2. Select "System Preferences..."
3. Select the "A Better Finder" icon from the list
4. adjust the settings appropriately
