De-Notch-ifier troubleshooting

De-Notch-ifier is a pre-configured version of Boring Old Menu Bar 1.27, and it is no longer updated. Everything on the Boring Old Menu Bar troubleshooting page for macOS 11 to 26 applies to it, including the sections on dynamic wallpapers, Spaces, multiple displays and hiding the menu bar icon.

If you are on macOS 13 Ventura or later, the better fix for almost any problem is to switch to Boring Old Menu Bar: version 1.28 for macOS 13 to 26, version 1.29 and later (currently 1.31) for macOS 27. Your De-Notch-ifier unlock code works in it, and the black menu bar style does what De-Notch-ifier did.
